Position: Family Wellness Navigator
Reports to: Wellness Navigation Manager
Location: Federal Way, WA

Exempt, Full-time
40hrs per week
Starting Salary: $43,500 Plus Benefits

Job Summary
Under the guidance of the Family Wellness Navigation Manager, the Family Wellness Navigator will encourage social, physical, and mental well-being for our wider Pasifika communities by providing support in navigating systems and accessing services. The Family Wellness Navigator provides case management for Pasifika families by addressing the social determinants of health: housing security, access to transportation, food, healthcare and increase their sense of belonging in their communities.

Position: Director of Youth Services
Reports to: Executive Director

Exempt, Full-time
40 hrs a week
Starting Salary: $72,000

Job Summary

The Director of Youth Services oversees the supervision of all youth-serving staff as well as the implementation of youth programming, supporting youth-related activities and will continue to develop strategies to address priorities and issues facing NH/PI youth throughout the state. This position will use holistic programming approaches to serving NH/PI youth and their families, while prioritizing supports for mental health, education, and public safety as we have identified these systems to be barriers of limited access to our young people.

The Director of Youth Services is responsible for building and sustaining relationships and key partnerships with other youth-serving providers, as well as with institutional and systems partners to work collaboratively in support of youth programs and services. This position will be responsible for contractual compliance with funders by way of regular documentation and reporting, budget development and invoicing.
