Type of Position: Full-Time, 40 hrs/week (Weekdays, 9AM – 5PM)
Starting Salary: $65,000 plus benefits
Reports to: Executive Director
Job Summary: The Development Manager (DM) will provide leadership and management to efforts that achieve financial sustainability and healthy external relationships for PICA-WA. A direct report to the Executive Director, the DM works with the E.D., Director of Finance, direct services and program staff, and volunteers with the goal of inspiring the community to join PICA-WA through impactful partnerships.
