Our SW Site Manager under the guidance of the Executive Director and Director of Community Services will oversee the coordination of programming, provide support and supervise staff at SW Site, establish and maintain community partnerships throughout the Southwest Region (primarily Clark County). This position will coordinate day-to-day operations of the SW site, maintain programming communication and transparency with other PICA sites, including PICA administrative duties to include HR/employee evaluations, ensure contractual and financial obligations are being met in addition to developing and establishing community partnerships and working in collaborative efforts as part of Community Services and Youth Navigator services.
