Strengthening the Canoe: Strategic Plan 2026-2030

We are proud to share with you all our five-year strategic plan!

In PICA’s first five years, we have moved to build meaningful relationships, address some of our community’s toughest health issues, nourish and sustain our cultural practices, and drive positive change as we strive alongside our community to be antiracist and accountable. Our five-year strategic plan continues this work. Our strategies to combat institutional and structural racism while strengthening our commitment to our Pasifika values will continue to drive the change and positive outcomes our communities need.
