Our Wellness Navigation program works to provide direct, one-on-one support services and resource navigation for Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander families.

Healthcare/Insurance Enrollment

Our Wellness Navigators are trained and able to assist in enrollment for Washington State health insurance.
