2025 Impact Report

We are proud to share with you all our Impact Report for the 2025 year!

Like a canoe guided by the steady currents of community strength, our work at PICA navigates each twist and turn with purpose – transforming challenges into resilience, deepening collective knowledge, and carrying our communities forward through shared care and action.

With deep gratitude, we once again honor the leadership of our NH/PI community, whose wisdom and unwavering commitment continue to inspire our path forward and motivate us to serve with purpose and heart. This impact report is a testament to the resilience and dedication of our staff, volunteers, community members, and partners, as well as the steadfast guidance of our Board of Directors, whose collective strength continues to steady our canoe as we move forward together.

Pacific Islander Community Association (PICA) acknowledges that our organization and community work, live, and play on the unceded traditional lands of the Spokane, Chinook, Cowlitz, Muckleshoot, Snoqualmie, Duwamish, Chelan, Nisqually, Squaxin, Chehalis, Sauk-Suiattle, Stillaguamish, Tulalip, Puyallup, and the Steilacoom tribes. We honor with gratitude the land itself and its original caretakers
