Cultural Roots: Making ‘Otai

Pasifika youth, join us for dinner, games, and a little ‘otai-making session! ‘Otai is a drink believed to have originated in Tonga and spread across the South Pacific. It is made from coconut, grated or blended fruit like watermelon, mango, or pineapple and coconut milk.
