Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander communities are some of the most vulnerable to developing cardiovascular (heart) diseases. Walking is a simple activity we can do to reduce the risk developing heart conditions.
Come out and join us Saturday morning, August 17th at Celebration Park! Participants will receive some basic goods giveaways once finishing the walk.
